Privacy policy

Scope and operator

Noxdrax Media Uploader is a private tool operated by the NOXDRAX channel team. This policy covers its Google/YouTube integration, radio request records and this informational website. For questions or data requests, contact fabestudio@proton.me, identifying Noxdrax Media Uploader.

Google and YouTube data

The operator authorizes the application to access YouTube through Google OAuth. The application uses the YouTube API to manage authorized channel broadcasts and related media and metadata, check broadcast status, read live-chat messages, and post channel announcements.

It stores authorization tokens on the operator’s system so the integration can work without repeated sign-in. It also stores operational information such as broadcast and chat identifiers, status and activity logs.

To process song requests and votes, it reads chat message text and public author details. Request records can contain the requested title, the author’s display name and channel identifier, message identifiers, timestamps, vote count and review status. These records are used for request moderation, deduplication and radio programming.

Use and sharing

Data is used to operate the authorized channel and its request workflow, not to sell personal information, build advertising profiles or train generalized AI models. Authorized operators can review request and operational records. Google/YouTube receives the API requests and any media, metadata or messages the operator publishes. Public chat messages and published content remain subject to YouTube’s own visibility settings.

Noxdrax Media Uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Authorization tokens and radio records are kept on operator-controlled systems, not on this public website. Access to those systems is restricted. Request history and operational records may persist across broadcasts until removed through administrative maintenance; ending a broadcast does not automatically erase them. This policy does not represent that a fixed automatic deletion period has been implemented.

You can ask the operator to delete records relating to you using the contact above. Include enough information to identify the request, such as your public channel identifier and approximate message date; do not send passwords or access tokens. Deleting local records does not delete messages or recordings held by YouTube.

Your authorization choices

An account owner can revoke the application’s access at any time in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized API access but does not itself remove previously stored local request records. Contact the operator separately to request their removal.

This website

This static website has no sign-in, forms, application analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare hosts and delivers it and may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, for delivery and security under its privacy policy. Following an external link or emailing the operator uses the relevant external service.

Other policies and updates

YouTube use is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
